From the bustling brewery seen of Wells Park to the class of Nob Hill, both locations were picked with after hours in mind. Even so, both locations are within 15 minutes, door to door, to the training squadrons.

We understand that TDYs to the Duke City are unique in the fact that there is no hard timeline. End dates can often get pushed back. With Fly-By, you do not have to worry about being forced out. The easy alternative to on base lodging or off-base hotels. No money out of my own pocket and I got a tastefully furnished room with a comfortable bed, a massive living room with a huge TV, and a kitchen that is so well-appointed that I can save per diem money and also make excellent meals. Why bother living on base or in a cramped hotel with maybe a microwave and a tiny refrigerator to sustain you for months potentially!

Loved having a built in group of friends in the house, huge benefit! You can literally walk to 4-5 different breweries, downtown restaurants, or rent a cheap bike nearby and do a booze cruise with you housemates and end up on Nob Hill in no time. When I’m in ABQ it’s a no-brainer.

I don't even know where to begin on this property because everything is so epic. This house epitomizes the Air Force core values.

The house is professionally decorated with class, elegance, and sophistication. It has ample garage, driveway, and street space for parking. It is equipped with top-of-the-line cooking equipment and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. When I walked in for the first time, I thought I just entered a Ritz Carlton. The Wi-Fi is blazing fast with ultra fast downloading speeds and the ability to live stream 4K/1080p. Also, a routine professional cleaner comes to the house to tidy up and clean the house. The house just screams, "Excellence in all we do."

Moving on to location, you're within walking distance of 5 (yes, you read that correctly, 5) breweries. Additionally, 3 of them are ranked in the top 5 best breweries in all of the ABQ. You're also super close to a bunch of coffee shops (if you're into that sort of thing, I'm not judging). Also, the best food spots in town and Old Town ABQ are just a quick trip down the road.

The owners are professional, courteous, and totally rad. They are super flexible and payment is as easy as Von Miller getting a strip sack. Even more so, one owner stocks the house with top shelf scotch and premium craft beer. Wow, can you say, "Service before self"? Amazing.

To close, if you're still on the fence on where to stay in the ABQ, then keep looking, because you don't deserve this house.

Y’all take a look if your going for an extend stay in Abq. With all the accommodations provided for, it made my TDY for ISMA easier. Great house vibe with full bi-weekly cleaning service. Plenty of local pubs to hit up on, as well as 10 dollar Uber’s to Knobhill. I highly recommend this rescue pad, even if your just hitting up the SIM Refresher.
