James Gray -

I am a devoted husband and father to three beautiful children. They provide the motivation for me to live my best life.

My professional career first started out in London, where I focused on international tax at one of the largest accounting firms in the world. A few years in, a desire to serve our country grew too large to ignore. Now I have spent nearly 10 years in the active duty military, completing multiple combat deployments, and I am currently a HH-60G Pavehawk instructor pilot.

My passion for real-estate and serving other military members grows by the day. I’m an educator at heart and wake up each morning excited to tackle the day!

Will Meister -

After 12 years of Active Duty CSAR life, I crossed over to the Air National Guard and began to live life on my terms. Despite leaving Rescue for a cushy, fixed-wing cockpit, I am still tied to and invested in the Air Force helo community and dedicated to strengthening the bonds and identity of the Helo-Tribe. We started Fly-By Properties to serve the members of our Tribe. We are excited to bring our winning formula to other communities and locations.

We actively participate in several veteran focused charities. And I believe that our legacies are tied to our ability to help others.
